Not your provider
BillDiff is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the internet providers listed on this site.
Results are informational
BillDiff is designed to help you understand your statements. Results may contain errors and should be checked against the original bill before you make a financial or account decision.
Future bill changes
Projected amounts are based only on known dated changes detected in your statements. They are not a guarantee of what a provider will ultimately charge.
Your uploads
You should only upload bills you are authorized to use. Do not intentionally upload unrelated sensitive documents or payment credentials.
Privacy
BillDiff does not save the original uploaded files. See the Privacy page for more information about how statement data is processed.
Optional contribution
If you choose to contribute, BillDiff may retain limited normalized pricing and bill-change facts from your comparison to improve aggregated benchmarks and provider intelligence. Contribution is optional and off by default. BillDiff does not save the original uploaded bill as part of this contribution.
Availability
The service may change, become temporarily unavailable, or stop supporting a provider or statement format without notice.
Using BillDiff
Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, bypass its safeguards, or use it to process documents you do not have permission to access.
Technical delivery support
If a technical problem prevents delivery of a paid Full Bill Forecast, contact support@billdiff.com within 48 hours of purchase. BillDiff may restore access or resolve the BillDiff charge when the paid digital result could not be delivered because of a technical failure.
