About BillDiff
Built to make internet bills easier to verify.
BillDiff is an independent internet-bill analysis service. It compares supported statements, explains detected changes, and highlights known dated changes that may affect a later bill.
Why it exists
Internet bills can change because a discount ends, a recurring charge moves, a one-time item appears, or a provider gives notice of a future adjustment. BillDiff is designed to put those changes in one comparison instead of making you hunt across statements.
Independent by design
BillDiff is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Xfinity, Spectrum, Cox, AT&T, Verizon, or their parent companies. Provider names are used only to identify supported statement types and first-party billing references.
Evidence before conclusions
Dollar differences are reconciled against the statements you provide. A future billing event is shown as known only when the statement contains an explicit date or other direct supporting term.
Privacy is part of the product
BillDiff does not require a provider login and does not save the original uploaded bill files. The comparison is designed to exclude personal identity details from normalized comparison data.
Read the privacy approachEditorial responsibility
BillDiff is responsible for the guidance published here.
Provider-guide claims are reviewed against first-party provider billing material when available. Those references are linked on each provider guide so readers can check the source directly.
Product explanations are kept separate from provider claims. BillDiff does not treat a generic provider policy as proof that the same change happened on a specific customer's bill.
